2.Structures and Features of sand inclined screen .

Weilite inclined screens are designed specifically for long life and low maintenance with unique vibrator the perfect partner.Screens can be supplied with single ,double or triple shafted mechanisms that are either oil or greases lubricated depending on the  application .

 

Our standard range of inclined screens ranges from 1.2~2.4 m in width and 3.5~6 m in length and are available in single and multi-deck arrangements .

Bespoke machines are also available to suit specific need.

 

Weilite Inclined screens can be designed specifically to suit your application.Double and triple deck screens have ample 20 degree sloped side plate ends which allows the material to fall at the beginning of the lower decks maximising the effective screen area.

 

 

3.Features of sand inclined screen .

Weilite inclined screen use a single or double pair of vibrators mounted through the centre of gravity of the machine to impart a circular motion and a modified circular motion can be achieved when the vibrators are mounted on the top of the screen.
