Structure and performance of the cylindrical honeycomb briquette machine

The honeycomb machine for making coal briquettes includes: reducer box, crank-link 

mechanism, punch, dividing stirring part, sweeper part, main insurance part, output part, electric system and others .

Reducer: it is a sealing oil room, connect with the whole machine, with the transmission function, also is the base component .

All the transmission shafts are antifriction bearing, gear is in splined connection with the shafts, make the structure very compact, reliable transmission, high efficiency, power saving and very low maintain cost .

Punch: The punch is the important part of the machine, work with former container and form board to shape the material .

Dividing stirring part: The dividing stirring mainly use maltese mechanism, composed by mold disk and shifting fork, and should replace it in time if getting wear .

Sweeper part: Clean the remain material, keep the smooth surface, also should replace the rubber in time if too much wear .

Main insurance part: It is designed in the flywheel, the motor transfer the power to flywheel through triangle belt, then transfer it to axle by safety pin. When there is foreign object in the working process and make the machine overload, the safety pin will be cut, the flywheel idling, the power be cut too, and guarantee the machine do not be damaged .
