Operating in accordance with the instructions, users can complete the sulfite test independently without specialized training. 2~3 minutes is enough to complete the analysis of one sample.
Accurate and reliable
The method equals to hydrochloric pararosaniline method(GB5009.34-2003). Sulfite reacts with formaldehyde and hydrochloric pararosaniline to form a purple complex after being absorbed by mercury-free regent and the colorimetric quantification can be done.
3. Operation
1. Use Pasteur Pipettes transfer 10mL the testing liquid to the tube, add reagent I to 15mL.
2. Add reagent II 1.0mL, reagent III 1.0mL, reagent IV 1.0mL, sway after adding.
3. Wait for 7 minutes, compare the shown color of the liquid with colorimetric chart.
