Power Cage

The Power Cage allows you to push your barbell training further to achieve your personal best.

Power cages are very popular for doing squats with a barbell, because the risk of injury is significantly lower. The barbell is caught by the metal struts and reduces the risk of losing your balance whilst performing exercises. You can also use the power cage for exercises such as the Good Morning and Bent Over Barbell Row, as the metal braces are adjustable for each exercise. The Power cage also has a handy pull up bar.
