 1.  main strctures :

This machine is consist of rack, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw boards, line and etc. Motor active the eccentric shaft

 

 by v- belt and moving jaw will run as planed so the material will be crushed .

 

 2.  the parts for the small jaw crusher

Machine frame contains two structures casting steel and welding steel. Guard board are fixed at both side of the 

crushing cavity to avoid attrition.

Moving jaw is a shape steel castings and moving jaw is fixed on it. The upper side is fixed on the frame by eccentric 

shaft and roller bearings and the end is supported and tooling contact with toggle plate. Flywheel and grooved belt 

pulley are fixed at both sides of the eccentric shafts.

3.  about the toggle plate

The other side of the toggle plate is supported tooling contact with the adjustment seat. Not only Toggle plate has 

the function of support but also it has the function of taking the material into crushing cavity. When the load of the 

machine increases sharply, it will crack to protect other parts and act as a safety device.
