1.Rock Pulverizer Introduction

Rock pulverizer is widely used in many departments including Mining, Smelt metal, Building materials, Public road, Railway, Water conservation, Chemical industry and so on.PE series jaw crusher, whose reduction ratio up to 4-6 and the finished products are even, can be widely used in breaking hard, medium-hard, soft ore, such as various kinds of ore, the solvent, slag, building stones, marble,etc. compression strength does not exceed 320Pa.

2.Rock Pulverizer Working Principle

The motor drive belt and pulleys, through the eccentric shaft, it makes the jaw move up and down. When the jaw moves up, the angle between the keen plate and the jaw becomes bigger, thus prompt the dynamic jaw plate approach the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the materials being crushed or broken into pieces, achieving the split purpose.

3.Rock Pulverizer Structure:
The structure of jaw crusher includes Main Frame, Main Axle, Roller Bearings, Eccentric Shaft, Jaw Plates, Side Plates, Toggle Mechanism, Fly Wheels and Springs.
