2. Operation

1. Pull out the filament of tube

2. Evict the air.

3. Insert the test tube into testing liquid, stop inhaling when it is half around.

4. Rock 5 to 6 times slightly, 2 minutes later (please rock 1 to 2 times in the halfway), compare the shown color with the standard colorimetric card.

Notes: 1) PH of the testing liquid must between 5-9.
