Working principle of high pressure coal briquette machine

high pressure roll press briquette machine motor will pass the power on to the two pressure

roller through the reducer. The two sides and roller rotation, in both the rotating direction, material fulfill the space between two rollers, with the roller rotating, pressure on material will be bigger and bigger. When the material reach the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure reach the peak. After press, the briquette will drop by gravity.

The high pressure coal briquette machine mainly made of three parts:

1. feeding material part : to make sure feed the press roller material evenly

2. Gearing part : to supply power by electromagnetic adjustable speed motor

3. Molding part . Mainly means the basic body of the machine, the core part is the roller .

1. What's the best raw material moisture for 2 or 4 rollers press briquette machine?

Answer: 8%-12%. If material moisture is larger, we had better dry it firstly.

2. What's the max. feeding size for high pressure coal briquette machine?

Answer: less than 5mm. If larger, we will need crusher.

3. What's the briquette size can be made by our high pressure roller press briquette machine?

Answer: Normally the briquette diameter is between 30-60mm, also can be customized.

4. Will this machine requires binder for making briquettes?

Answer: Yes, in order to make sure the briquette strength, we will need binder.

5. Will need water?

Answer: It depends on the raw material moisture.
