General Overview of  Plastic PET Sheet Extrusion Machine

The single-screw extruder on this modern-design PET sheet extrusion line comes with 2 air outlets. Thanks to this air outlet design, our PET sheet production line no longer needs a separate dehumidification drying system which otherwise would have been necessary to remove the moisture contained in the PET raw stock. Therefore, a large amount of power is saved for reduced production cost.

1. Supply the complete drawings for installing the machine and send one or two technicians to buyer to install and adjust the machine and train operator of buyer. Or operator trainee coming to our factory for study.

3. The buyer should prepare all the condition such as water, workspace, power, air, etc, according to the using condition of the machine, before our engineers arrival.
