Q2:What is the sample lead time & production lead time?

A2:The stock sample within 2 day, if need make new sample with your logo and color , silk screen sample lead time:7-10days; heat transfer print sample lead time: 15days. Production lead time normal are 20-25 days after deposit receipt.

Q3:The stock sample charge can be refundable?

A3:The stock sample cost will be refundable once you place the order. The making sample cost will be refundable if the order quantity meet the request.

Q4:What's kinds of print you can do?

A4:Silk screen print, heat transfer, laser, etc. Stickers, hantang are also available.
