Electroluminescent EL chasing wire is our new extended product that made based on the EL wire, and it’s work principle is the same as the EL wire which is a physical change principle of a high-efficiency luminescence emitted through the bound, change, and compound of the electronic energy level that is caused by the fluorescent substance (ZnS) striking with the electron inspired at the AC electric field which is generated through the AC voltage from the attached two poles.
EL chasing wire is a kind of spot flowing status which remedies the EL wire’s defect(constantly and flashing) in the aspect of light source singularity and accordingly reach due to the single light source limit. And it’s more saving and durable .Therefore, the Light-Chasing EL wire can be long-distantly applied more reasonable and more securely than that of the EL wire.
The Chasing EL Wire is very bright and the chasing motion looks amazing.
Chasing 2.3mm EL Wire is available in any of these colors:
Aqua blue, Blue, Green, Lime, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, White and Yellow.
The Chasing EL Wire has a special 4P connector on it so does not clip into standard EL Wire connectors and needs a Chasing EL Wire Driver, such as Lindael-INV021 2*AA(not included) Chasing EL Wire Driver.
We now stock 2-way and 3-way splitters for this Chasing EL Wire so you can run many different strands of Wire off one Chasing EL Driver.
*please note - the chasing splitters and chasing drivers have different connectors from standard EL Wire*
