As cold bag:

1. Fill bag with ice about 1/2 to 2/3 of total volume.
2. Close stopper after removing air.
3. Cover part with towel first to avoid icy coldness.
4. Touch softly it in proper part.

Caution: Do not freeze it in refrigerator.

As hot bag:

1. Fill bag with hot water 46 to 52 °C about 1/2 to 2/3 of total volume and close stopper.
2. Cover part with towel first to avoid hot feeling.
3. Touch softly it in proper part.

Caution: Check water leakage after turning bag over (burn care).
