Our tungsten carbide insert are silver soldered in plow bolts, wipers,weld on wings,widely applied for down the hole drill, rock tools buttons, mining tools buttons, road tools button in quarrying, mining, tunneling, and civil constructions.

Our recommended material grade for making high quality carbide button is YK10/YK20/YK25/YK40/YG6C/YG8C/YG11C/YG13C/YG15C.

Excellent wear resistance, good anti-impact and anti-knocking properties. it often used for drilling medium hard, hard and super hard rock formation at high pressure. Also can be used for snow removal.
