It is mainly used for making pearl shaped fiber from conjugated siliconized hollow fiber. This kind of special fiber can be used for garments, comforters, pillows, toys, and make products look more rich and fluffy. The size and tension of fiber ball can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.

4. The opener rollers is produced by V-wire, so that the finished fiber is more elasticity and without hurt.

5. Automatic conveyer belt with security device ensures the safety of operator

6. Special roller and bearing device avoid the fiber jammed.

7. Professional roller balance processed, so that the machine is running without noise and shaking.
