Working principle of Chicken paw peeler machine | Chicken feet blanching machine

Firstly, the water in scalding machine should be heated in advance, the water temperature should be 60℃~70℃, the scalding time should be about 60 seconds.

Secondly, put the chicken feet into the scalding machine, and get fully immersed into the water, then delivered to the peeling machine, it will need about 20 seconds for peeling process.

Then the peeled chicken feet will be delivered to spiral cooling machine by conveyor belt.

Next, the chicken feet will be sent to water dripping drum for removing the water on chicken feet.

Finally, the chicken feet will be collected for packing or freezing cool room.

Note: 1. the water should be added to scalding machine according to consumption.

2. the machine should be thoroughly cleaned after using, for long-term usage.
