Deck Manufacturing Ability:

  • Material: 100% imported Canadian Hard Rock Maple with US glue
  • Technology: Hot-Press Operation/Cold-Press Operation
  • Processing: Top and Bottom plies are all sanded thoroughly by sanding machine
  • High Tech Numerical and Dedicated Machinery to get top quality laminate
  • Each board will be varnished with an ultra durable varnish
  • Heat Transfer Printing or Silk Screen Printing for Designs
  • Assembly ability and final package with manual printing and box printing
  • Pressure testing facility and inspection fixture
  • Product Design & Prototyping
  • 2D drawings and 3D geometry files can be got from samples scanning
  • ISO quality control system
  • Dedicated engineering staff

Truck Manufacturing Ability:

  • Material: ASTM-356 Aluminum
  • Technology: Permanent Gravity Casting
  • Processing: T6 Heat Treatment
  • Chemical composition, strength test and hardness test result supplied

  • Casting cleaning— trimming, sand paper grinding, shot blast, vibratory deburring
