HOT Press
Advantage:

2.Hot pressed oil smells aroma,it had a very strong odor.
Shortcoming
Without further processing of hot oil,This oil has a very dark color, and contain a high acid value.
COLD Press
Advantage:
1. Cold press oil make sure all kinds of nutrition in the materials are not been damaged,Cold press oil is also helpful for people’s healthy.
2.When cooking,cold press oil will generate less cooking fumes than hot press,which can solve the troubles of some housewives.
Shortcoming
Use cold pressed method of oil extraction, Oil yield is low, cake need for secondary press.

----20~30 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard, wear-in, making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder.
*If I don't know how to operate this machine? how can I do?
---Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make
2~4 hours wear-in and then can work.
*What's wear-in for new machine?
--- use 10 KG oil cake, put in oil press little by little, not too fast to avoid machine beening blocked, wear in 3~4hours.
1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm ,3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2mm.
*What are cold press and hot press?
---Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. Usually need to press 2 times to get maximum oil.
---Hot press is pressing roasted seeds.
