1 | Put on your usual waling shoes. Stand as naturally upright as possible. Let your arms hang to your sides, keep a natural slight bend at the elbow. And let the bend angle keep 30-40°. | |
2 | Hang the walking canes, place the sticks on the front of the toe away about 20cm. | |
3 | Turn the lock ring ( located under the lock button) to the left . Press in the lock button and adjust cane to your wrist height, making sure the lock button clicks. Turn the lock ring to the right to lock the height in place. | |
