The bottled water production is a fully-auto multi-function bottle washing, filling and capping, 3-in-1 machine which is designed to fill the bottles with non-carbonated drinks, fruit juice, wine, mineral water, pure water and tea etc. The whole line is one of the most advanced beverage equipments in domestic market at present for its unique design, beautiful configuration, easy operation and high automation.

 

 

 

Designing basis

1,Fixed capacity: According to customer's need;

2,Water temperature: 5-25°C;

3,The raw water quality:Well water or tap water(conductivity less than 7440µS/cm);

4,The final effluent quality:In accordance with the relevant national standards.

 

Designing range:

 

A) Water system: from the raw water pump to the Pure water tank’s outlet;

 

B) Filling system: from Pure water tank’s outlet to water bottle’s cover;

 

C) Packing system: from water bottle’s cover to Shrink packing machine (includes air dryer, Drying machine, Inkjet printer, Automatic labeling machine, Shrink packing machine ).
