BEIPENG SHOUHAO® polyurethane sandwich insulation board with metal exterior panels is a king of superior structural insulated board, known as sandwich board or stressed-skin panel. This board provides superior structural support and insulation (resistance to the transfer of heat, cold, sound, vibration etc. Our board can also provide your structure with best thermal/structural envelope on the market today. While most commonly used for exterior walls, our boards cal also serve as a load-bearing floor and ceiling or roof.
Our panels are manufactured by injecting polyurethane foam between two siding materials in a tightly enclosed cavity. Windows, doors, beam pockets and electrical conduit can be framed in our factory prior to injecting the foam ensuring the tightest possible seal against air and moisture penetration and avoiding this kind of modification on the jobsite. Multiple panels can be quickly and easily joined together via an embedded cam-locking and tongue-and-groove rail system ensuring a sealed, tight fit.

At the same time our Corporation introduced the world’s leading mature process of formula water (Fluoride-free) foaming technology. It’s a high-end polyurethane insulation board with high quality, good flame retardant and green environmental protection. The product has superior performance, stable quality, and is widely used and highly praised.
The annual production capacity of high environment extruded polystyrene insulation board is 800,000 cubic meters at present, it is China’ first manufacturer which use CO2 foaming technology in production of extruded insulation board maturely, the annual production capacity of new type EPS molding polystyrene insulation board and product is 600,000 cubic meters, and polyester series products is 300,000 cubic meters, mortar products is 250,000 tons, painting is 2000 tons, waterproof coiled material is 8000,000 square meters and related product scales.
Under the strong support from the Ministry of Environment Protection, the corporation achieves long-term technical communication strategic cooperation relations with Germany GTZ technical corporation company and International Industry Union Organizations in 2009.
