Description of Ro Water Treatment Machine
SUS304 Raw water tank with level controller (aseptic tank)
If the booster pump direct extraction pipe water, May because of lack of water flow and the instability
Pressure lead to damage the pump or affect the normal operation of the system, Use one raw water
tank to offer water can avoid that happen.
The raw water tank with built-in water stainless steel ball valve and liquid level controller, large equipment need a water inlet of electric butterfly valve.
- Inlet valve function is control of raw water into the water, make sure the system can timely
replenishment water.
- Liquid level controlled have middle water level and low water level, Its function is to control the
booster pump’s start and stop; when the water level above the water level, the booster pump can
be started automatically; when the water level is below the low water level, booster pump auto stop.

1.we provide raw water test ,after you sign the contract with us on the machine .
2.we provide 1-3 year warranty for our machine ,if there is any problem of our machine ,we will send the spare parts by DHL ,even sending our engineer oversea once with big problem (client should pay for the Visa , air ticket ,local accormadation)
3.we provide life long machine technology assistance .
1.can this machine produce food grade pure water ?
Answer: Yes ,Sure ,this is CE qualified machine ,take use of USA filmtech Ro membrance ,the TDS of water output is under 70PPM .
2.what is the time for filters update?
Answer: Sand should be update 1-2year ,Active should be update 1-2 year , PP filter should be update every 3-4 month
Ro membrance should be update 1-2 year . ( if you raw water quality is good enough ,the filter can be work longer)
3.how can we confirm if we need water softer and 1 stage RO machine or 2 stage Ro machine ?
Answer:Before you start a water plant ,you should get your raw water (well water/borehold water) test report , if the TDS is high than 1500PPM (it means you need a water softer) ,if your raw water TDS is more than 2000PPM ,you will need a 2 stage Ro machine .
4.how many hous can this machine working per day ?
Answer:it is better for 10-15 hours per day working ,the machine just like human body the pump shoud have rest per day (to cool down)
