Troubleshooting:

1. How to drink a sachet / pouch product?

Sachet / pouches may be torn open from the corner and poured or a provided straw may be inserted into the sachet / pouch.

2. What’s the difference between photo-electric pouch filling machine / sachet filling machine / sachet packaging machine and none photo-electric one?

Photo-electric sensors are used to identify the marks on the sachet / pouch printing to make sure each product is in the same look, while the none photo-electric one can only cut and seal in the preset length. Please check the attached pictures.

3. Where can I find the source of consumables, say PE film?

To save shipping freight, we would recommend our customers to find the PE film locally, but we also offer PE film including printing not design at a competitive price, and if you are into the most popular sachet / pouch pure/mineral water business, we can also offer you a total solution including the water treatment, sachet / pouch filling machines, packaging plastic material and even factory design. FAQ

1.can this machine produce different volume sachet/pouch by adjustment?

Answer: NO , the film folding parts has confirmed which volume can be filled .(to order extra film folding part will be much dificult for you change ,it may 'cause machine damage).

2.can this machine work 24 hours ?

Answer: Yes , the machine just like our human body ,it is better for 8-18 hours , as you know inside of the machine is drived by pump ,pump need time have rest .

3. can this machine print date on the sachet ? (steel seal)

Answer: Yes , we have date print device on this machine .
