Output Power	15KW	HF Welding relies on certain properties of the material being welded to cause the generation of heat in a rapidly alternating electric field, so called dielectric heating of the material to be welded. This means that only certain materials can be welded using this technique. The dynamic electric field causes the molecules in polar thermoplastics to oscillate. Depending on their geometry and dipole moment, these molecules may translate some of this oscillatory motion into thermal energy and cause heating of the material. A measure of this interaction is the loss factor, which is temperature and frequency dependent.

1, Anti-spark protection
When spark occur, the high sensitiveness spark protects electric system, cuts high frequency power immediately to protect mould and material

2, Jamming prevention device
High frequency welding machine equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage suppressor, this device provide leakage of electron magnetic radiation to avoid jamming other electrical instruments such as television and radios etc

3, Safety device
When the current exceeds its limit, the overload relay functions automatically to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier. Frequency deviation caused by misoperation is also prevented.

4, Easy tuning and special protection circuit
The selectable output power ensured a stable quality of the products for it could reduce the heating time when joining is being carried out.

5, Easily adjustable tuner

6, Adjustment for the distance on the machine head
