Introduction:

This machine is specially designed for coffee products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder etc. ) to be filled and sealed.

Our coffee capsule filling and sealing machines applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of stainless steel.

Working process:

Falling cups: Cups drop down one by one automaticly.
Nitrogen: Flush nitrogen before filling coffee powder.(Nitrogen generator need configute by customer).(Option)

Tank mixing: Mixing coffee powder.
Filling coffee powder: Auger filling type.
Press coffee: Press coffee tight.

Blow away powder: Blow away powder on the mold and edge of cups.
Sucking putting foils: Vacuum arm suck and put foils.
First sealing: 0-400 degrees, can be adjusted.
Second sealing: 0-400 degrees, can be adjusted.
Pushout finished cups: Push-out finished cups to a platform.

Optional Devices:

Glass cover: make sure the producing environment clean

Frame made of stainless steel: Normanlly the frame is made of lacquered U-steel and covered by stainless stee.

Nitrogen flushing before sealing: the nitrogen generator need configurate by user

Air clean system: keep cleaned air move in the arean of machine

Open glass door detector:when the glass cover opened by worker, this machine stop, can be suspended.

No cups no filling: No cups will not filling.
