Ticket Printing-Waiting-Calling your number-Customer Service.
1. The customer comes into the hall then press buttons on touch the screen of ticket dispenser.
2. The customer gets a ticket from the printer of the ticket dispenser.
3. The ticket can show the customer's queuing number and his service item, then both display (main display and counter display can show next number) and sound box(can broadcast the next number to be served) tell the customer to be served.
4. The customer goes to the relevant counter for his service.
5. When the operator press the mainpulator, sound box can broardcast next queuing customer meanwhile show the next queuin number on the main display. So circularly do 1-4 steps.

Functions:
1. Ticket dispenser :
* Touching to get a ticket of queuing No.
* Inbuild PC or integrated M/B to receive the calling order from callpad and send signal to the main/counter display.
* Statistics report can be sent to the server by LAN.
* Customized ticket issuer interface and ticket interface.
* Additional functions such as peripheral RFID reader, barcode reader, fingerprinter, IC card reader, A4 printer etc. optional.
* OEM accepted.
2. LCD/LED Main display :
* Wall mounted or standing on the lobby.
* Showing the calling/ servicing No. and corresponding counter.
* LCD display conbine with digital signage system to show advertising, news,video as well as the queuing No.
3. Counter display :
* Installed in every counter to display the calling No. or servicing No. of this counter.
4. Call pad/Key pad :
* Divide into virtual calling on the computer and physical callpad.
* Calling the next queuing member or pause service.
* Connect with Customer Service Evaluator via USB port to rate the stuff service level.
