Q1:Are you Factory or Trading Company?

A1:We are factory,and have our own R&D team and patents.

Q2:This is my first time to import Bluetooth speakers,I want to test market firstly,do you have MOQ request?

A2:To help you better start this business,trial/small order is also welcomed. 

Q3:Can I have my brand/logo on the speaker? 

A3:Yes,we can put your logo on the speaker by silk screen printing,and there won't be extra cost if your quantity reach our MOQ 1000pcs.

Q4:How to recharge the speaker?will you provide the adaptor?

A4: 1.There's USB charging cable in the gift box,you can recharge the speakers by USB cable from the     computer.

    2.Charging voltage is DC 5V,you can use the cellphone adaptor which is DC 5V.

Q5:Can I connect the speaker with my laptop/computer if there's no bluetooth?

A5: 1.Yes,you can connect them by Audio cable(which is packed in the gift box).

   2. Get yourself a bluetooth adaptor.

Q6:What about the transportation?

A6:Express(DHL,UPS,Fedes,ect);By air,By sea.According to the quantity you've ordered,we'll choose the most economy shipping for your reference.

Q7:If I want to check the sample quality firstly,how to get it?

A7:We have sample charge,and can be refund the sample payment to you based on your order quantity.We can accept payment through Paypal,Western Union or T/T,and deliver the samples to you via Express.

Usually,it will take about 3 days delivery the samples out.

Q8: What's your factory's payment terms?

A8: 1.T/T:30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipment.

    1.Sample:withing two days after receipt of your payment;

Is there some noise?

As it is open area that where Bluetooth protocol is effective.It is 10m that there are no obstacles.Besides,Human body is also the largest obstacle for Bluetooth speaker.we suggest the Bluetooth speaker is placed an open area to get a better efficiency.

Is there no voice?

1.please make sure the Bluetooth speaker is on and in full charge state.

2.Please be sure the Bluetooth speaker and mobile phone paired successfully.

3,please be sure the Bluetooth speaker and mobile phone paired successfully,if not,please take the Bluetooth menu of mobile as a reference or turn the power on once more.(Please read “How to Pair Bluetooth Speaker and Mobile Phone”).

Bluetooth speaker can’t be paired successfully with mobile phone?

1.Please make sure the Bluetooth speaker is on and in full charge state.

2.Please be sure the Bluetooth speaker and mobile phone paired successfully.

3.Please make sure Bluetooth of mobile phone is on.More details,Please read the instructions for mobile phone.

4.Please keep it is inside 10m between Bluetooth speaker and mobile phone.No obstacle as the wall or any electronics.

Please try to operate as below if the above methods can’t resolve the problem:

1.Get the Bluetooth speaker recharged.

2.Tunrn the mobile phone off and take out the battery,then install it once more.

3.Turn Bluetooth of mobile phone and delete the all match names.

4.Pair the Bluetooth speaker with mobile phone again.
