The Marcel Breuer Style Wassily Chair is a high quality reproduction in the style of the original design.
Named for Wassily Kandinksy, the father of abstract painting and a colleague of Breuer's at the Bauhaus, the Wassily Chair is a symbol of the industrial heroism and engineering invention of the early 20th century.
A most elementary transparent form became possible in the age of massive grandfather armchairs. Visual lightness was achieved by this typical Breuer Bauhaus design of an easy chair in bent steel pipe. The black strips give it a touch of luxury. This armchair is an example of a so called minimax solution: the best use of the specific character of material and form of each element in order to obtain both light weight and maximum strength. Breuer distinguishes in fact between elements that best resist to compression, the tubular frame and those that best resist to traction, the leather strips. Examples of minimax solutions abound both in nature, like in bones, seeds or leaves, and in technical objects, like kites, dinghies and tents.
The name Marcel Breuer is only used to describe the characteristics of the goods made to the original design, and not as a trade mark.

How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can’t reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), seller just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
Can I negotiate the Prices?
Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.

What is your minimum order requirement?
We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the price list. But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.

For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However, lamp items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high.
