SILVER MIRROR is a kind of functional glass, which is produced through a multiple processing work by cleaning, sensitized, silver coated, copper coated and twice waterproof paints coated on the surface of quality float glass. It is widely applied in various industries, like furniture, crafts, decoration, optical, auto rearview, etc.

1-      Choose good quality float glass

We choose float glass sheet very carefully, usually purchase float glass from Taiwan Glass, Jinjing Glass, China South Glass, Xinyi Glass, etc.

Usually we take the glass produced within one month.

No mildew, no scratches, no bubbles, no waves

 

2-      Automatic cleaning by soft brush with purified water.

No scratches while cleaning thoroughly

 

3-      Metal coating process 

aluminum mirror is made by horizontal production lines  with magnetron sputtering theory

silver mirror is made by a superior mirror line Made-in-USA with Taiwan Glass technology.

 

4-    Paint coating and drying .

FENZI paints are used for both silver mirror and back painted glass, ELIFE paints are used for aluminum mirror. Advanced painting technology makes two layers of painting even and smooth.

After painting, drying and cooling kits make the mirror suitable for packing as soon as it is off the line.  

 

5-    Quality control

Our QC staffs check every sheet of the mirror to guarantee that only good quality mirror is to be packed and delivered.

 

6-      Automatic sheets unloading and online packing

Sheet unloading without finger touching, guarantee no dirty and no break on mirror.

Online packing can increase the output ,short the time of delivery.

 

7. Maintainence of the machines
