The XL series screw sand washer is used for removing the dust and impurities mixed in the sand,applied to washing, grading and dehydration for sand. It aims at improving the quality of sand.developed on the basis of introducing foreign outstanding technology of the same kind of products.It is widely used for cleaning materials in the following industries: highway, water conservancy and quarry, minerals, construction, chemical industry, and hydropower, cement mixture station and so on. are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing.

This  screw sand washer can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machines lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically

Type of Screw Sand Washer:

According to the spiral blade at the flooding end, there are two type screw sand washer: 

1.the top side of spiral blade is higher than the flooding level and the center of the blade is lower than the flooding level. This type is used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.83-0.15.

2. the whole spiral blade is immersed in the flooding level of the flooding end. The type is used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.15-0.07mm.
