Introduction

Mineral agitation barrel used in stirring the pulp before flotation .Powered by the motor through wedge shaped belts, the impeller rotates, so that the pulp in the barrel can be blended completely with the flotation reagent. This creates premise for mineral processing. mineral agitation barrel is also applied to the agitation of nonmetallic materials.

Application

Agitation barrel is used for mixing pulp before the flotation process, causes the pulp and medicament mixed intensively, creates condition for the mine selection.

Working principle

The machine is driven by the V-belt drive motor rotating impeller,and mixes the drugs and pulp evenly. It is the necessary equipment of increasing the medicine effect time and strengthening the medicine quality. It fits benificiation industry, and every chemical industry mixing. For all kinds of metal ore, this machine is mainly used for mixing the preflotation, so that it can mix the medicine and pulp fully. And it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for pulp with density of no more than 30 %( by weight), and the size of the fixed component of the slurry particle is less than 1mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom.
