 Introduction of Puffed Snack Food Line 

Puffed Corn Snack Food processing line is automatic high capacity production line. Its raw material is very wide. It can take corn powder, rice powder and wheat flour etc. grains’ powder as raw materials, through the Twin screw Extruder high temperature heating, high pressure extruding to make the materials finally puffed with smooth surface status. This processing line can produce all kinds of inflating foodstuffs, rice bread, rolling snacks, crackers, gruels, nutrient flour and so on according to change materials and mould.

 

The processing line is foodstuff equipment researched and developed on the basis of international advanced technology. From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, roasting, spraying to finished products are done once time with automation.    The production line can be put in straight and also can change the direction according to your

    factory size, we can design the layout according to your factory size. 

2. What is the processing time after order ? 

   It will be finished within 30 days after confirmation. 

3. What is the payment Item? 

  30% by T/T as deposit, 70% by T/T or Sight L/C before the shipment. 

4. When can we ship the machines?

  When the machines nearly finished, we will notice you 7 days in advance, then you can come to check it here before the shipment.
