  A: As a RFID hardware manufacturer, we usualy work with system integrator, solution provider or IT software company directly because we can supply hardware to them and they can develop software and implement/install/integrate hardware and software for their end-user directly.

5, Q: If I want to buy your products, what should we do first?

  A: as RFID product is complex system (need further development), so you need to tell us your project requirement, for example,

what is the tracked item?

                       What is the reading distance required?        

                       What type of reader do you want to use on your project?

Fixed reader or handheld reader?

After we are clear your requiements, we will send you datasheet and quotation for your reference.

 After confirming well, we will send you PI for paying fund to us and then we will send you goods ASAP once we got your payment already.

6, Q: Do you supply software?

 A: we don’t have any management software, but we have SDK of readers for your further developing interface with your current management software.

7, Q: What is your delivery time?

  A: If we have them in stock, delivery time is 1-2 days.

    If we don’t have them enough in stock, delivery time will be 3-10 days, depends on order size.

8, Q: What certficate do your products have?

  A: our products have CE and FCC certificates.

9, Q: what is your main market? 

   A: our main market is North America and South America, EU, Russia, Africa and Asia etc.

10, Q: What industries are RFID applied widely now?

    A:  RFID is developing very quickly, RFID is main tech. of IOT, as we know big data time is coming to us,  RFID use this chance to develop quickly.
