Every product will be four times testing before shipment.

Warranty time of printer ribbon: One year calculated from the date of the shipment

Guarantee:1:1 return back or refund if the quality problem is caused by our manufacturing process or unsuitable packing

Defective rate of the printer ribbon: We guarantee that all the black printer ribbon with the defective rate is below 1%.The color printer ribbon with the defective rate is below 2%

We have professional quality control team with 15 professional QC and R&D Department with 8 professional engineers to strictly to control the quality of printer ribbon

Packing Terms

All the printer ribbon can be packed as following

Neutral color box: without any logo.

Summit box: with SUMMIT logo.

OEM: with customers’ design and logo.

The printer ribbon can be packed with Customer's color box, minimum quantity is 1000pcs each model

Delivery Terms

Delivery time: For the printer ribbon with regular model,7-10 working days with 20"GP,10-15 working days with 40"HQ after receiving the deposit

Payment Terms

If the printer ribbon quantity is below 500 pcs: 100% T/T in advance is required after confirming the order

If the printer ribbon QTY catch 20ft or 40ft container: 40% deposit in advance, 60% of the balance before shipment
