1) Brief Introduction of Vertical Mill
Vertical Mill is widely used in mining industry, chemical industry and metallurgical industry to grinding material into fine powder. The finished powder can be used for water proof material manufacturing, producing abrasive material, etc.

3) Structure of Vertical Mill
The machine is included of Vertical Mill, blower, analyzer, cyclone separator, dust collector, and duct system. The main mill is consisting of up and down body, grinding roller, grinding ring and reducer. We also offer jaw crusher, elevator, vibrating feeder, electric control gear and motor, etc according to the users' requirement.
Features of High Capacity Vertical Mill for Powder Grinding:
1. Force-Feed Lubrication
System Force-feed lubrication system extends the service life of bearing by 2.5 times.
2. Maximum Particle Fineness
Traditional roller mill either uses a static separator or dynamic separator to separate fine powder from coarse particles.Vertical coal mill brings together both types of separators for more efficient, adjustable material separation.
3. 20-40% Electricity Savings
Vertical coal mill uses 20% to 40% less electricity than a traditional air-swept ball mill for the same amount of grinding task.
4. Great Drying Performance
Air-swept milling method allows our mill to handle coals of up to 10% moisture content via varying its air flow rate and temperature.
5. 80-85dB Noise Level (Grade A)
Vertical coal mill is just 20-25dB quieter than ball mill.
6. Occupying less area
Vertical coal mill only takes up 60% of space needed to accommodate an equivalent ball mill, while its specific surface area is only 50% to 60% of the ball mill.
Work Principle of High Capacity Vertical Mill for Coal Grinding :
The materials drop to the center of millstone through the lay-off tube, and the millstone, which is rotating at constant speed, scatters evenly the material to the outside by means of centrifugal force, making it form material bed with certain thickness. Meanwhile, the material is rolled and smashed by multiple rollers. The material gradually move to the fringe of millstone under the continuous of fringe force, when the leaving material meets the hot gas enter into mill through the vane and moves upward, entering the separator through the central casing of the mill, the material and the gas achieve sufficient exchange and moisture is evaporated quickly in the process. Powder concentrator controls the granularity of finished product at exit of roller mill, granules that are larger than regulated size are separated and fall to the millstone, while those materials satisfying the fineness requirement enter the finished product storehouse through the powder concentrator.
