cess requirements
(1)installation requirements: space requirement (size needed to retain around the roller press),about
2m at back and forth belong the roller axis, and each 2m belong the vertical direction, height: clear head is 2m from the top of frame.
(2)foundation requirements: Because the extrusion and crushing force is balanced in frame, so it only consider both vertical and level dynamic load factor. It can divide the foundation into two parts according to the weight and calculating the weight bearing of each by the ratio of equipment long. The vertical dynamic load factor can be considered of 1.8 while the level is 1.6.
(3)It shall equip magnetic separator and metal detector before feeding of roller press , and not allow the briquette into the grinder roll. The feeding material of less than 1mm shall no more than 25% to avoid moving of roller press.
(4)The integration water content of material shall no more than1.5%.
2. manufacturer’s standard and technical requirements
The equipment designing and manufacturing shall in line with existing state standards and ministerial standards, which including:
1,The roller shall be line with the occupation standard of JC/T845-1999.
2,The cutting machined part will use current technique requirement JB/ZQ4000.2-86.
3,The technical specifications of carbon structure steel is GB700-88.
4,Current technique requirement of welding is JB/ZQ4000.3-86
5,Rust prevention grade isGB8923-88.
6,The current technique of painting is JB/ZQ4000.10-86.
7, The current technique of packing is JB/ZQ4286-86.
8,engineering construction and acceptance specification of electric installation is GBJ232-82.
Roller body is hammered steel 45#, processing normalizing treatment,resurfacing welding wear resistant material on principle axis surface, first resurfacing welding using time is 8000 hours, overlaying welding using time is 3000 hours,
Stander structure is consist of upper,nether beam and left,right vertical shaft, and linked to a internal frame welding structure by loading bearing high strength bolts. It shall do integral relieving stress treatment after main frame welding.
Main axis bearing equips thermoelectric pair monitor bearing working temperature. Principle axis adopts midheaven hydro cooling.
Roller presser is painted evenly, with conformity hue, without flow phenomenon.
3,Manufacture standard and technical request
1.Roller body is hammered steel 45#, processing normalizing treatment,resurfacing welding wear resistant material on principle axis surface, the life of the first build-up welding is 10000 hours,The life of repaired welding is over 3000 hours.The cooling of Main shaft is used cooling water.
2. The structure of machine frame is consist of upper,down beam and left,right vertical pole, and linked to a internal frame welding structure by loading pin and high strength bolts.The material of main machine frame is Q235. The Max. Thickness of steel plate is 120.
3. It shall do integral relieving stress treatment after main frame welding.
4. to guaranee the safe driving of roller press, lower abrasion and good sqeezing effect, avoid of entrance of alloy lump, we should consider everything when design.
5.The bearing of main shaft is equipped with thermoelectric to monitor working temperature of bearing.Main shaft and bearing seat use water cooling.
6.Main shaft of roller should be heat treatment and be inspected by UT.
7. The hardness of alloy is not less than HRC55.
8.The painting ofRoller presser is painted evenly, with conformity hue, without flow phenomenon.
9.Control cabinet of roller press has control port of central control. Control cabinet is used ABB compnay.
10. Comply with the relative industry standard.

3. Quality inspection report of bearing
4.The seller should finish the final painting (purchase part)with two priary and finshed paintings which color is lake green of BG02.
5 ,Quality inspection
1. The Seller will check all according to technical parameter regulated in manufacture standard and main technical request. Keep the record and for checking when necessary.
2. After the supplier finish to machine spare parts and inform the Buyer to send for the person for inspection. After inspection, both parties will write an inspection record. Send it to the Buyer when delivery.
3.When inspection, the representatives of both party should be at site. The requestes tools and drawing for inspection shall be provided by the Seller. The certificate of measurement instrument shall be provided in expiry time. Inspection will not replace the final inspection.
4.The seller will fax to the Buyer five days in advance before inspection, The Buyer will send the person for inpection in time. The latest time is not over 10days.
5.If the representative of the Buyer can not rerach the factory in 10 days, the Seller will arrange inspection and inspect them again and make a inspection report. In this condition, the Buyer may replace the inspection record.

The above mentioned document, No. 1 will be provided the Buyer within one week after signing the Contract in 2 copies. The rest will be provided when shipment.
7,Quality guarantee and service after sale
1. If any problem, the Buyer will inform the Seller and the Seller will send for the person to deal with it at plant site. As the quality defect of parts is damaged, the Seller will compensate in free except for unnormal accident.
2. The life of roller surface is not less than 8000 hours of continuous driving.
3. During the equipment is installed and start testing, the Buyer will send for the person for installation and reach the targed figure. The time is not less than 15 days.
