Haijian, established in 1970, was reformed into a provincial public run shareholding enterprise in November 2003. It is staffed by 500 workers, 25% of whom are engineering technical management personnel. The company covers an area of 100000 square meters, with a building area of 55000 square meters. Roller press, one of the key scientific and technological projects of national seventh-five year plan,” has successively got over ten awards, such as, second prize of National Science and Technology progress Prize, Gold medal of National Science and Technology Expo,” Golden Bull”’ prize for provincial excellent new products, Jiangsu Famous Brand Products, China Famous Product etc. and was listed in National Torch Plan.

Main accessories

The company has over 400sets of equipment of all specifications and nice functions, including vertical lathes, floor type lathes, common lathes, gear hobbling machine, lapping machines, plane-milling & boring machines, normalizing furnaces, automatic flame cutting machines, automatic welding machines, bridge cranes, AC transformer of 1260KW.There are seven machining workshop buildings, two apartment buildings and one office building in the company. The devices of metering, physical and chemical test, crack detection may satisfy and guarantee the demands of products machining.

Product Features

Roller press, tube mill and powder separator, the main equipment in cement grinding system, are the company’s special product, which are developed unceasingly. In the 1980s, together with Hefei Cement Industry Research Institute, the company researched and developed the key science and technology project of national “7^thfive year Plan”--- roller press after twenty year’s manufacture and improvement, the kind of machine stands the leading place in technology, production and service at home. Featuring good wear ability of roller’s surface, reliable hydraulic function, and advanced auto-control system, its inside machine structure, is increasingly more rational, and the techniques of machine, the inspection and control are more scientific and rigorous. A large scale of professional series production has come into being. With disagglomerator and V powder separator, the rate of powder separating can reach 99%. After using such equipment, some cement plants saved 40-50% of power and increased 30-45% of production output, so they increased their interests and profits apparently.
