1) If you don’t like our table  color, you can choose in our color sample, Or you can send us your color, we can make it in your color. But in general, customers don’t change the color.

2) Customization(OEM)for table is accepted ---- Our factory have the Qualified Designer Team.They can design according to your drawings or pictures, and produce the sample for your checking before order.Please kindly contact our sales staff for quotation.

3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.

4) For checking the table quality ---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have above 1000sqms showroom. Before loading,you can also send QC to checking goods . Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to loading.

Foshan Hangmei Furniture Co,Ltd  is located in the furniture  central ,Longjiang town,Shunde district,Foshan city,Guangdong provice.

We mainly produce furniture for hotel,banquet,wedding,dining room  

and restaurant. Our mainly  products are banquet chair,banquet table,hotel chair,table clothes,chair covers,dining table and so on. 

Our managment team has over 10 years manufacture experience in this field .Technican of each dept  have 5 year experience at least,and every workers is well trained. Meanwhile,we have strict quality control system to ensure every product is in good level. Our design and  quality are highly appreciated by our clients. We export goods to Japan, Korean,HK,Germany,America, Canada,

Australia and so on.

Trade Information:

1. Payment term:

by T/T

T/T: 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment;  

2. Min Order Quantity:

normally is one 20ft container, 15sets of each item; several items mixed

small quantity is acceptable for trial order.

3. Lead time:

about 12-20 days for 1*40HQ after sending deposit.

4. Sample order:

sample is available for customer to check the quality

We will charge double price for sample, but will return back after ordering.

5.Guarantee: We guarantee the quality.

For damaged and missing items, we will send replacement after getting related details, such as photo or video.

6. Package & Carton:

all tables packed in KD,chairs is semi-KD(meaning the seat cushion is un-fixed).Use 5- layer K=A 210pounds export standard carton. Your shipping marks can be printed on carton.

1.How can I get some samples?

1) We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

2.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:

1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

3.Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?
Yes, we can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.

We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.
