This equipment is suitable for surface thicknes gauging and processing of man-made stone, griotte and quartz stone slabs. High-speed rotation diamong roller are adopted to carry out the rigidity milling and scraping on the slab surface, which gives the slab a smooth surce and unitary thickness. Accordingly, it help to increase the grinding output and quality as well as the processing cost.

 

* There are 8 sets of swaying diamond disc thickness fixed heads for our sandard machine, each disc thickness fixed head can lift singly

* The disc sway adopts swaying beam, frequency control for gear box.

* Main drive adopts cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer, frequency controled.

* The conveying belt adopts quality PVC flat belt.
