QD200 series is a universal frequency converter, which can be widely used in various types of induction motor speed control. Products are designed based on 32 bit DSP, adopting international advanced vector control algorithm with high performance and high precision motor drive control to improve its quality reliability and environment adaptability at the same time, strengthen easy operation for user. It achieves function optimization, more flexible application, and more stable performance.
(1) Double specifications of the design: heavy load model (150% load 1 minute) and light load patterns (120% load 1 minute) dual specifications;
(2) The use of Germany's fourth generation Infineon IGBT module combined with the characteristics of 175 ℃ maximum junction temperature, which adopts innovative PWM modulation method to further reduce the switching loss and makes the inverter run upto the 50 ℃ ambient temperature without derating;
(3) Advanced independent air duct design prevents pollutants from entering the electronic system area and efficiently improve protection effect to adapt to all kinds of complicated and worse site condition and prolong equipment service life; meanwhile; independent air duct could effectively solve the heat dissipation problem of control cabinet;
(4) Compact size and support parallel installation to save installation space;
(5) Hardware current limiting function could ensure QD200 frequency inverter to run at hardware current limitation value when it reaches software over current point to reduce the probability of over current protection;
(6) Adopt advanced flux estimation technology, and speed estimation technology and so on to realize high-performance sensorless speed vector control so as to unleash motor’s best performance;
(7) Parameter autotuning function: static parameter autotuning function;
(8) Built-in Modbus communication protocol to make automatic system integration convenient;
(9) Its wide voltage range design ensures QD200 frequency inverter’s excellent adaptability to grid fluctuation;
(10) Thicken three-anti paint (anti-humidity, anti-dust, anti-fungal) protection to enforce its reliability in the worse working environment.
