Directions :

1.Fast air-activated acting ,open the package and expose the pad to the air ,no need to knead or shake ,the pad will heat up in 5 minutes .continue 53 centigrade for 12 hours.

2.Remove the paper from the adhesive backing ,past the pad to the clothing .DO NOT past the pad directly to the skin .peel off the pad if you feel too hot !

3.when the pad cool down  or you don't want to use it anymore ,peel off it and discard it !
