Herbal ball  or herbal compress is one of the healing method used in Thailand with Traditional massage for chronic illness like muscle pain, sore joint, inflammation.

Directions

 

 

 

1. Soak the ball in the water. Steam it by steamer or heating into microwave for 1-3 minute and leaves it little cools down.

 

 

 

2. Bring the to massage on area of body that you want in clockwise direction.(Should do it softly while you use the ball press and massage)

 

 

 

3. After used the ball, should be left it cool and dry then put the ball into plastic bag and place it in refrigerator. It would be kept the ball with the longer time. One ball can use about 5-10 times approximately.
