1. Process: PVC fill

(the term 'PVC fill' is used when we inject liquid PVC into our moulds to form the main design and colours of the key chains. This option is different from say, printing or engraving as it's highly durable and produces incredibly striking designs.)

2. PVC fill on 1 or 2 sides

The PVC coaster on this page have used this method of PVC fill for one side, there are good and bad points for choosing double sided fill. The great thing about these key fobs is that they produce a thicker more sturdy key chains with a design that simply won't wear out - our coloured PVC won't rub off, scratch off or break off! On the other hand they do cost more and are slightly heavier (which isn't a bad thing if you need something a little more robust).
