3D laser cutting robot
3-Dimensional fiber laser cutting robot is an advanced laser cutting device which processes flexible cutting for metal plates multi-dimensionally and multi-directionally with the adoption of specialized fiber laser cutting head, high precision capacitive tracking system, fiber laser module and industrial robotic system. Utilizing the performance of robot’s flexibility and swiftness .besides according to different workpiece’s size, it can do three dimensional cutting to irregular workpieces by fiber laser cutting head through formal and inverse installation of robot. It also requires teaching programming or offline programming according to different products and various tracks. Under the utilization of transferring fiber laser to cutting head(fiber laser cutting head is equipped with specialized fiber auto-following device and light path transferring device), and focal system, the machine can achieve three dimensional metal plates’ cutting multi-directionally.
According to thicknesses of the metal plates, the choice of fiber power is also different. Different cooling systems are also equipped with laser module of different power to assure the laser module’s normal work. In order to meet customer’s cutting requirements, meantime we need to choose fiber laser with suitable length according to the working semi-diameter of robotic arm and the workpieces’size.
