Skirting brush
The skirt brush, which installs on both sides of the skirt panel and above the step, can prevent the passengers' shoes from touching the skirting panel. meanwhile, it can safety and effectively avoid the forgeign matters from being taken into the gap between the step and skirt.
PLC control automatic oilling and lubricating system fulfills the ideal automatic lubrication to the transmission chain during the running process of the escalator. It not only reduces the daily repair and maintenance word load, but also prolongs the service life of the driving mechanism.
Step chain inside the roller
The roller has been internally installed in the specially-designed roller step chain. it can effectively fulfill the reduction of the nose when escalator running. and bring a more smooth and quite operation.
Fault display
When some defect takes place, the trouble code will be displayed in the defect screen. it ensures the effective and accurate trouble position within the shortest time possible. In this way, it greatly enhances the repair and maintenance efficiency.
Vertical type traction machine
The smooth engagement and the fricational reduction guarantees the extremely low noise. it can reduce more than 60% of the noise. Compared with the traditional worm wheel drive, it is higher driving efficiency.
Running direction indication
The running direction and forbidden display mark have been placed in the up and down entrance of handrail. The obvious running or forbidden instruction ensures the safety ridding of the passengers with great ease.
Skirting lighting or LED lighting
The streamline skirting lighting along the step running orbit not only preserves the nice and elegant beams, but also emphasizes the visible escalator during the running in the whole building. It brings about the more cozy and secure riding for vast passengers.
