Q: Can I have sample order first? What's MOQ for sample order?

A: Yes, you can. And there is NO MOQ for sample order.

Q: Can I have print my brand or my logo on the power bank?

A:  of course we cna print your LOGO on the power bank. 

Q: How long does the delivery time? 

A:  In general, we can sent out the goods within 3 days for sample order and small order

     3-7 days for official order

    10-15 days for OEM order.

     ODM order is also accept.

1.Usually, we always offering the lowest shipping cost for clients, like normal express, delivery time is

6-7 days.

2. For urgent need, fastest express is available, delivery time is 4-5 days.and we suggest you to do

urgent payment before shipping.

3. For big quantity, sea shipping could be arranged, we have full experience in this.

4. Countries like Russia,Ukraine, specialized transportation lines with lowest cost are available.

5. Cargo will be sent out within 2-3 business days after verifica tion of the payment and confirmation of 
the order. 

6. We always try our best to ship as fast as we can, in case of any delay, we let you know in advance. 

7. Usually, we write lower value and mark the products as "Gifts" or "Sample" to help you avoid or lower the 

tax fee.

1.After sending out cargo, tracking number would be offered, so you could know where you cargo is.

2.when received cargo damaged during shipping, or wrong rolls, we would like to resend new and

correct product to you for free.
