Principle of the structure-   Sand Control Screen

Gold trommel installed on the support frame. Motor and reduction gear connect with roller by the axis, make the roller move around the axis drive. When the raw materials enter roller, because the tilt and turn, make raw material flip and rolling on the surface of the screen, then the qualified materials (undersize) come out from the discharge opening at bottom after screening, unqualified material (bigger size) will come out from the opening by the end of roller. Because the raw material doing flip and rolling inside of roller, the stucked material will be popped out, avoid blocking. Sand trommel screen, drum screen, roller screen all have the same structure, just the different names.
