How to cook
Kelp Salad: Soad the kelp in 100°c boiling waters for 8 minutes, wash, drain, add peanut powder, sesame, sesame oil, sugar, seasoning,or add rice vinegar, pepper as you like.
Kelp & Spareribs Soup: Add kelp to the boiling spareribs soup, add seasoning, cook for 5 minutes, then ready to eat.
