Surface Cleaning

 Remove grease, silicon and other contamination with degreaser. 

Spray Methods

2-3 layers, 15-25 um thickness; the internal time should be 2-5 mins,  20 °C

Spray Gun & Pressure

No.of Coats: 2-3 coats. 

Flash-off time between coats:15-20 minutes .                                                
Re-coat: Re-coat with Yaopai 2K clear coat.

Shelf Life

 24 Months if stored in its original sealed cans at 20°C
