2, What is your delivery time?

Within 45 days for first order, 35 days for repeat orders.

3, What is your payment terms?

a) T/T: 30% as deposit, balance before shipment.

b) L/C: 100% L/C irrevocable at sight.

c) Negotiable.

4, What is the guarantee of your products?

We offer 2 years guarantee for the whole unit and 3 years’ for the main parts.

5, What is the packing of the products?

Strong export carton.

6, Can you do our brand?

Yes, we can.

7, What is the material of the logo?

As your requirement.

8, What kind of voltage and frequency are available?

9, Can you do our country’s plug?

Yes, we can.

10, Can you make the printing artworks (such as user manual/packing/rating label) in our language?

Yes, sample is available.

13, How about your after-sales service?

In general, we provide 1% spare parts for free together with your bulk products and according to our experience; it would be enough for your need.

14, How many samples can I order?

1 usually,2 at most

15, How much is the sample price?

Usually 100USD or 30% higher than mass order price.

Price difference will return to you in your mass order payment.

16, How long is your sample delivery time?

15-35days,differs from different products

17, How to do with sample transportation?

Sample transportation can be arranged either on your side or ours. If you need us to arrange it for you, please inform us the destination and transportation method you’d like to choose.
