How to operate the machine

1 Turn on the power switch, Power switch lights. Then you can set the working parameter.( At the Frist time of using,please set up temperature, Time, more details are available in the instrucation of the control panel time and temperature operation)

2 After setting the temperature&time,the machine starts heating ( temperature rising to180°c  takes about 15 minutes)

3 Lift the handle to make the machine open. Swing the head to other sides, get the worktable, put the products on worktable, testing if the pressure is good. If not, you need to adjust the pressure knob. (Turn the knob clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to reduce pressure)

4 When the machine reaches the preset temperature, put printing object on worktable, press the handle, press the timer button. When reaching the set time, the machine will give alarm, then please lift the handle ,and the printing is finished.

Note:

1. If it is cool sublimation paper, printing completed. please waiting 15-20 seconds. Then tear it off. If it is heat sublimation paper, printing completed, please tear off the paper asap (Diagonal grain to tear down the clothes). Successful printed, need right time, temperature and pressure;

2. The final printed result depend on the products thickness,material and variety of sublimation paper.

3. please do testing when you need to print different materials or objecs. After getting right time and temperature, then you can do batch printing.

4. You must not heat the mug mat without placing mug in it,otherwise, it will demage the heat mat or reduce the using life of the cup mat.

5. When using flat heat plate and cap mat, the machine need preheating, when it arrives the preset temperature, then you can start printing things. 

6 .Temperature controller is complex, you just need to set the temperature and time, do not change or reset other parameters,Otherwise, it's easy to cuase the program confusion.

 Troubleshooting of t-shirt heat press machine

1 Fault Phenomenon              

Method: Judget anddeal with

2 Power Switch is turn on,but the light of machine is off; 

Method: Power interface is not firm or the fuse of the power connector is burnout

3 Press knob is inflexible; 

Method: Add the lubricating oil on the rotary knob

4 Handlebar pressed down and get bumped ;

Method: Please adjust the pressure position screw down

5 Handlebar is hard to lift; 

Method: Please adjust the pressure position screw up or counterclockwise to adjust the pressure adjustment knob

 6 Heat plate can not heating;                            

Method: Instrument is out of order or chassis of the relay does not work or heat board is burned.
